I am writing today to tell you and your men that you did an outstanding job removing the trees from our yard.  It wasn't’t the easiest job, I’m sure, because of the high wind conditions and the trees were either all around electrical wires or very close to the fence. 

You managed to get it all down without touching or damaging a thing.  I just noticed yesterday, one of your men even removed an old birdhouse from one of the trees and placed it in my cherry tree for a keepsake this will make some little bird happy.

During the severe ice storm of January 1998, I had the distinct pleasure of working with Jeff Palaza and Tom McDonough.   Our district was virtually powerless due to the damage to trees and power lines caused by the ice.  It took weeks of continuous work around the clock to finally repair the damage and restore power to the entire district.  Palaza & McDonough services were a considerable asset to that restoration process.  During my working with them, I personally observed that not only were they reliable, responsible and safety conscious at all times, but I was able to assign individual jobs to them and those jobs were carried out independently and properly.
